2. Welke gegevens verwerken wij?

• Identiteit en contact: voornaam, achternaam, e-mail, telefoon.
• Adres: straat, postcode, stad, provincie/regio, land.
• Intake-inhoud: woonwensen, budget, financiering, voorkeuren en toelichtingen.
• Administratieve gegevens: datum/tijd, taal, gegeven toestemmingen.
• ID-upload: voor- en achterkant identiteitskaart (PDF/JPG/PNG).

3. Doelen en rechtsgronden (AVG art. 6)

• Toestemming (waar van toepassing).
• Uitvoering van overeenkomst of precontractuele stappen.
• Wettelijke verplichting (o.a. administratie/fiscaliteit).

4. Bewaartermijnen en verwijdering

Wij bewaren gegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk. Intakegegevens zonder overeenkomst bewaren wij maximaal 24 maanden na laatste contact. Gegevens met wettelijke bewaarplicht bewaren wij conform wetgeving.

ID-bestanden: worden na succesvolle download door een bevoegde admin automatisch verwijderd van de server. Auditlogs (wie/wanneer/welk bestand) bewaren wij 24 maanden voor beveiliging en verantwoording.

5. Delen met derden

Wij delen gegevens uitsluitend wanneer nodig met verwerkers zoals hosting/IT-beveiliging en professionele dienstverleners. Met verwerkers sluiten wij verwerkersovereenkomsten. Wij verkopen geen persoonsgegevens.

6. Doorgifte buiten EU/EER

In principe verwerken wij binnen de EU/EER. Indien doorgifte buiten de EU/EER nodig is, gebruiken wij passende waarborgen (zoals adequaatheidsbesluiten of standaardcontractbepalingen).

7. Beveiliging

• Rolgebaseerde toegangscontrole en beperkte admin-toegang.
• Versleutelde verbindingen (TLS/HTTPS).
• Wachtwoordhashing en optionele 2FA/TOTP voor admins.
• Server-side uploadvalidatie en opslag buiten de publieke webroot.
• Logging van gevoelige bestandsdownloads.

8. Uw AVG-rechten (EU-ingezetenen)

U heeft recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid (dataportabiliteit), bezwaar en het intrekken van toestemming (voor zover verwerking daarop is gebaseerd). U kunt een verzoek indienen via info@lecasedidorrie.com. Wij reageren in principe binnen 1 maand.

U heeft ook het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens of uw lokale EU-toezichthouder.

9. Geautomatiseerde besluitvorming

Wij nemen geen uitsluitend geautomatiseerde besluiten met rechtsgevolgen op basis van uw intakegegevens.

Wij kunnen deze privacyverklaring aanpassen. De meest actuele versie staat op deze website.

• Intake content: property preferences, budget, financing and notes.
• Administrative metadata: submission date/time, language, consent records.
• ID uploads: front and back of ID card (PDF/JPG/PNG).

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

• Consent (where applicable).
• Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps.
• Legal obligations (e.g. accounting/tax).

4. Retention and deletion

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. Intake data without a contract is retained up to 24 months after last contact. Data subject to legal obligations is retained for the required statutory period.

ID files: are automatically deleted from the server after successful download by an authorized admin. Download audit logs (who/when/which file) are retained for 24 months for security and accountability.

5. Sharing with third parties

We only share data when necessary with processors such as hosting/security providers and professional advisors. We use data processing agreements where required. We never sell personal data.

6. Transfers outside EU/EEA

Processing is generally within the EU/EEA. If international transfer is needed, we apply appropriate safeguards (e.g. adequacy decisions or SCCs).

7. Security

• Role-based access control and restricted admin access.
• Encrypted transport (TLS/HTTPS).
• Password hashing and optional admin 2FA/TOTP.
• Server-side upload validation and storage outside web root.
• Logging of sensitive file downloads.

8. GDPR rights (EU residents)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent (where applicable). Requests can be sent to info@lecasedidorrie.com. We generally respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your EU supervisory authority (in NL: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. Automated decision-making

We do not perform solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects based on intake data.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest version will remain available on this website.

1. Toepasselijkheid

Deze voorwaarden gelden voor alle aanbiedingen, intakes, opdrachten en overeenkomsten met Le Case di Dorrie, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.

2. Totstandkoming overeenkomst

Het indienen van de intake is een verzoek tot dienstverlening en/of precontractuele stap. Een overeenkomst ontstaat pas na schriftelijke bevestiging (waaronder e-mail) of zodra Le Case di Dorrie start met uitvoering.

3. Verantwoordelijkheden opdrachtgever

U verstrekt juiste, volledige en actuele informatie en verleent tijdig medewerking. Gevolgen van onjuiste, onvolledige of te late informatie komen voor rekening van opdrachtgever.

4. Persoonsgegevens

Persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt volgens de privacyverklaring op deze pagina. Door akkoord te geven bevestigt u dat u deze heeft gelezen.

5. Aansprakelijkheid

Le Case di Dorrie is alleen aansprakelijk voor directe schade door toerekenbare tekortkoming of onrechtmatige daad, en maximaal tot het bedrag dat door de aansprakelijkheidsverzekering wordt uitgekeerd, of anders het factuurbedrag van de betreffende opdracht (excl. btw). Indirecte schade en gevolgschade zijn uitgesloten voor zover wettelijk toegestaan.

6. Toepasselijk recht

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing, met inachtneming van dwingend EU-recht, waaronder de AVG.

7. Bevoegde rechter

Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter van de plaats waar Le Case di Dorrie statutair is gevestigd (Tribunale di Perugia), tenzij dwingend recht, waaronder consumentenrecht, anders bepaalt.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all offers, intakes, assignments and agreements with Le Case di Dorrie, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Formation of contract

Submitting the intake is a request for services and/or a pre-contractual step. A binding agreement is formed only after written confirmation (including email) or once Le Case di Dorrie starts performance.

3. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and cooperate in a timely manner. Consequences of incorrect, incomplete or delayed information remain at the client’s risk.

4. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy on this page. By accepting these terms, you confirm you have read that policy.

5. Liability

Le Case di Dorrie is liable only for direct damages caused by attributable breach or unlawful act, and only up to the amount paid by liability insurance or otherwise the invoice amount of the relevant assignment (excluding VAT). Indirect and consequential damages are excluded where legally permitted.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, with mandatory EU law (including GDPR) applying where relevant.

7. Jurisdiction

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the place where Le Case di Dorrie has its registered office (Tribunale di Perugia), unless mandatory law, including consumer law, provides otherwise.
